Abundant Flavours From China at FairPrice supermarket

1. Campaign Overview & Organizer

The “中国节清单” Contest (“Contest”) is organized by FairPrice Group (“FPG”). By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 10 September 2026 at 09:00 and ends on 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (“Contest Period”). Submissions received outside the Contest Period will strictly not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to all Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and long-term pass holders aged 18 and above at the time of entry.
• No Purchase Necessary: Participation is entirely free of charge. Attending the sampling fair, trying food samples, and submitting an entry do not require any entry fee, token purchase, or mandatory store spend.
• Employees of FPG, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Visit the China Fair Sampling Fair at any of the 2 participating FairPrice stores: FairPrice Tampines Mall and/or FairPrice Eastpoint.
2. Sample the products available across the 7 sampling booths.
3. Take a photo or video of your favourite sampling item in the store.
4. Publish a post featuring the photo/video on your personal Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) account, including a caption explaining why it is your favourite product.
5. In the comment section of the official FPG Contest post on XHS, tag at least one (1) friend.
6. Ensure your XHS account is set to “Public” for the duration of the Contest Period and evaluation phase.

5. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

Winners will be evaluated and selected by FPG based on the following objective metrics:

• 40% Post Creativity & Caption Quality: Originality, engagement, and persuasiveness of the entry caption.
• 30% Visual Aesthetics: Clarity, effort, and composition of the photo or video.
• 30% Product Relevance: Accurate alignment with the China Fair sampling items.

A total of three (3) winners will be selected based on the highest overall scores. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. FPG’s judging decision is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

6. Contest Prizes

• Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 FairPrice digital voucher.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items, and subject to the terms of use of the FairPrice digital voucher. FPG reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal value if necessary.

7. Winner Notification & Redemption

• Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on their participating XHS account within 10 working days after the Contest Period ends.
• Winners must respond with the requested verification details (e.g., full name, contact number, email address) within 5 working days of receiving notification. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeline may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to the next highest-scoring entry.

8. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting an entry, participants grant FPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, edit, display, and distribute the submitted text, photos, and videos across FPG’s official digital and marketing channels (including but not limited to XHS, Instagram, Facebook, website, and promotional media) without further compensation or notice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

By participating, participants consent to FPG collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data (e.g., XHS handle, full name, phone number, email address) for the purposes of Contest administration, identity verification, winner selection, public announcement of winners (including posting winners’ names/XHS handles on FPG official channels), and prize fulfillment in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and FPG’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Rules & Disclaimers

• Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content will be disqualified immediately.
• FPG is not responsible for any technical failure, network delays, or unaccessible public posts that prevent an entry from being recorded.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Xiao Hong Shu (XHS).
• FPG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
