It is a type of Japanese Yuzu flavored miso paste seasoning. It is usually used as a condiment for nabemono dishes, miso soup, and sashimi. Also, enjoy it with cold cucumber / carrot / radish sticks for a nice refreshing and tasty salad. Especially nice with tofu as well.
