Used for creating flaky and crumbly bakes. This product is available in 250g, 500g and 16KG sizes. Our Redman Shortening is made from vegetable oil and is low in transfat. When used, it gives baked goods a crumbly or flaky texture, but it is not as flavourful as butter.
