Our Redman Instant Gel starch is made from tapioca and works well as a thickener for sweet and savoury dishes. Unlike cornstarch, tapioca starch can withstand the freeze/thaw cycle without losing its gel structure. Use our Redman Instant Gel Starch for all your thickening needs. It is available in 50g, 300g and 5KG sizes.

PREPARATION
Mix with water before adding to your recipe. This product can be used to thicken sauces, gravies, pies and soups. It can also be used in puddings and ice cream recipes.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Store at room temperature. As a precaution, however, it is recommended to keep certain products away from heat and humidity (see recommendations on the package).
