ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
US Atlantic scallops are wild-caught and individually quick frozen (IQF) to retain their original flavour and texture. These scallops have a sweet ocean flavour, are delicate yet firm in texture, making them the ideal choice for high-heat cooking such as soups and broths, searing, baking, broiling, frying and grilling.
