Maloney is made from Hokkaido starch "potato starch" as the main ingredient and "corn starch (corn starch)" blended. Maloney for pots is a 2 mm thick noodle type. It has a good flavor, is strong in stiffness, is hard to break down and goes well with any kind of pot. Its FUTOMEN - thick noodle type, which is soo nice texture and good for hotpots!
