• Important Notice: Breast milk is the best for your baby. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. After six months of age, infants should receive age-appropriate foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.

PREPARATION

• • Boil fresh drinking water and leave to cool to approx. 40-50°C.
• • Pour the required amount of the boiled water (see feeding guide) into the feeding bottle.
• • Add the required amount of powder (see feeding guide) to the water by loosely filling the measuring scoop and wiping off any excess powder.
• • Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
• • Allow it to cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C) - check temperature!
• • 1 measuring spoonful corresponds to 30 ml of water.
• Notice: to prevent the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli) from being harmed, please do not prepare formula with boiling water.
