KEY INFORMATION
- -Thick-steel heavy tray with 12 moulds for baking 12 individual muffins ((Diameter bottom: 5.3cm; Diameter top: 7.8cm).
- -Moulds arranged in a manner to optimise the circulation of hot air. Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the tray reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise.
- -Grease the tray before use, even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.
