KEY INFORMATION
The 2900 series is specifically designed and engineered for the professional user, to withstand prolonged and heavy use. Nitrium stainless steel is used for the blade providing additional hardness, greater cutting power and improved cutting edge durability, compared to conventional stainless steel. The handle is made of polypropylene and is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, solvents and able to withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees celcius.
Using Bactiproof Silver technology, Arcos have introduced silver ions into the handle to help inhibit the growth of bacteria on the handle, thereby increasing the hygiene and food safety in your kitchen. The join between the blade and handle is seamless as a result of the injection moulding process. Special scalloped blade design prevents foods like raw fish and meat from sticking to the blade when slicing. Handles are available in Yellow, Green, Red, Blue and Black colour to match any kitchen setting.
