The full tang blade is made of exclusive NITRIUM Stainless Steel providing additional hardness, greater cutting power and improved cutting edge durability, compared to conventional Stainless Steel. The handle is made of Polyoxymethylene with Stainless Steel rivets, is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents, and able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40�C to 150�C. Total cleaver weight including handle is 390grm. Product is manufactured in Spain.
